ResponsibilitiesThe Production Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support theProduction Management group with the planning, budgeting, and execution of events and/or entertainment projects in all markets and facets PRG serves.
- They will support both on-site and off-site project efforts through the planning and delivery of the appropriate services, equipment and support.
- Assisting Production Management group with the creation of budget documents for new proposals,
- Gathering of quotes from third party vendors, and providing support to the PM/AM through the execution of a project.It is the policy of PRG to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.

- The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting Production Managers with maintaining established event schedule, scope, and budget.
Essential Functions:
- Open job numbers
- Create Purchase Orders
- Review submitted documents and requests for accuracy and compliance
- Asist in obtaining pre-payments
- Help in troubleshooting issues with POs, invoices, payments for jobs for all projects
- Schedule or run job reports for Production Managers
- Assist Production Managers with project closeout
- Help in reconciliation of projects
- Responsible for processing of invoices, POs, and job number creation in conjunction with the accounting team.
- Track and update production labor submissions.
- Ensure receipt of signed contracts and official forms required for project execution i.e. proof of insurance, tax forms, and change order agreements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required.
- Completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited institution of higher learning with a concentration in business administration, hospitality management, operations management or related entertainment technology fields. Or equivalent amount of production related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the entertainment marketor equivalent experience in shop or show site operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Former PRG internship experience a plus
- Time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
The pay range for this position is estimated to be $75,000.00-100,000.00. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
