Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Walmart US Health & Wellness Controllership, provides strategic leadership with financial reporting, internal controls, and risk mitigation to support business objectives and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role involves analyzing financial data, managing internal controls, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support sound financial decision-making. The position also drives business initiatives, fosters team development, and promotes adherence to company policies and ethical standards. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining integrity and accountability across financial operations.
What you'll do...- Oversee financial reporting including the balance sheet ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements through thorough review and evaluation of financial statements.
- Drive execution of business initiatives by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to achieve objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders on projects to support business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
