The OpportunityThe CSC Senior Manager, Professional Services leads a team of Business and Technical Consultants delivering Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions to enterprise customers. In this role you will own the people leadership, delivery quality, and staffing decisions for a portfolio of consultants while partnering closely with Engagement Leads, Project Management, and Sales to ensure engagements are scoped, staffed, and delivered successfully. You will coach consultants on technical and business standard methodologies, manage performance and career growth, and serve as an escalation point for delivery risk. Success means your team consistently delivers high-quality, on-time engagements; consultants are engaged, growing, and retained; and customers realize measurable value from their investment in the CSC platform.
What You'll DoPeople Leadership & Growth
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of Business and Technical Consultants, including performance management, career pathing, and goal setting
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills assessments to identify growth opportunities and close capability gaps
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ramp planning for new consultants joining the practice
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team
Delivery Oversight & Quality
- Oversee delivery quality and consistency across assigned engagements, ensuring alignment with CSC methodology and standard practices
- Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues, driving timely resolution
- Review project staffing plans and allocate consultants across engagements based on skill set, capacity, and customer need
- Partner with Engagement Leads and Project Management to monitor engagement health, timelines, and budget
- Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and handoff materials meet quality standards at each project milestone
Executive & Participant Engagement
- Partner with Sales and Engagement Leads during scoping and business development cycles, including SOW review and staffing estimates
- Facilitate executive readouts and steering committee updates, representing delivery status, risks, and value realization
- Build trusted relationships with customer sponsors and internal participants to support renewal and expansion opportunities
- Represent the practice in cross-functional forums, providing input on process, tooling, and organizational priorities
Practice Growth & Operations
- Contribute to the evolution of CSC delivery methodology, playbooks, and enablement materials
- Monitor team utilization, forecasted demand, and capacity planning in partnership with Resource Management
- Identify and champion process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and consultant productivity
- Support knowledge-sharing efforts, including internal enablement and external customer/industry engagement
What You'll Need to Succeed- 10+ years of consulting, professional services, or related experience, with 3+ years in a people leadership role managing consultants or delivery teams
- Working knowledge of Adobe's Content Supply Chain technology stack (Workfront, AEM Assets, Fusion) or comparable enterprise marketing/content technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing team performance, career development, and hiring for a consulting or delivery organization
- Strong understanding of both technical implementation and business/change-management dimensions of enterprise platform delivery
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging customer sponsors and internal leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements, balancing staffing, risk, and customer expectations
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure, process, and accountability across a growing team
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $154,400 -- $289,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
