About The Role

The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will be a core member of the Forensic & Litigation Consulting (FLC) Marketing team, responsible for translating practitioner experience, expertise and business priorities into clear, compelling and commercially relevant content.

Working closely with FLC practitioners, product marketing leads, the FLC editorial team and the Corporate Editorial/PR functions, this role will develop thought leadership and campaign content that supports priority growth areas and can be activated across web, social media, email, events, paid marketing and business development.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will help strengthen FLC's content pipeline, improve speed to market and ensure alignment with broader firmwide content priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Interview practitioners and translate complex experience and expertise into accessible, client-focused thought leadership.
  • Develop articles, executive perspectives, campaign content, event-related materials, case studied and other market-facing assets.
  • Partner with FLC editorial leadership and the Corporate Editorial function on content strategy, editorial planning, quality standards and firmwide/cross segment and regional opportunities.
  • Work with product marketing leads to connect content activity to FLC's priority growth areas and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Editorial colleagues to identify opportunities to elevate FLC perspectives through broader firm channels and initiatives.
  • Support the development and management of editorial calendars and content pipelines.
  • Repurpose major content into assets for social media, email, paid campaigns, events, presentations and business development outreach.
  • Partner with corporate digital, communications, events and segment/cross segment business development teams to activate content across channels.
  • Support priority events with timely pre-event and post-event content.
  • Manage multiple assignments, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining strong quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Help improve content intake, drafting, review and approval processes across FLC and in coordination with Corporate Editorial.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior practitioners and provide guidance on story angles, positioning, structure and audience relevance.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or a related field.
  • Approximately 10 or more years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, editorial development or marketing communications.
  • Experience writing within professional services, consulting, financial services, cybersecurity, legal, regulatory or other complex industries.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical subject matter into clear and commercially relevant content.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong editorial judgment, project-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and across a global, matrixed organization.
  • This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a Big Four firm, consulting organization, law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with highly regulated industries, e.g. financial services, cybersecurity, investigations, disputes, healthcare, regulatory, risk-related topics.
  • Experience working with centralized or corporate editorial and communications teams.
  • Understanding of content-performance measures, including web traffic, social engagement and campaign results.


Compensation

Minimum Pay: $105,500
Maximum Pay: $185,000

Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
