Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Content, Creative Systems & Change Governance will play a pivotal role in transforming how GCS Marketing executes campaigns by redefining marketing execution through automation, innovation, and efficiency.
This role will redesign workflows and build future-ready systems that make campaign execution faster, compliant, and more consistent. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Technology, the Senior Manager help to build a scalable, governed content ecosystem that enables high-quality execution and powers dynamic, AI-driven personalization.
The successful candidate will understand end-to-end marketing execution and be equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to get the details right. They will be highly organized, comfortable learning new platforms and building processes from the ground up, and able to translate complex workflows into clear process documentation. They will bring a strong voice to cross-functional partnerships, communicate clearly, constructively challenge partners when needed, and help teams align around practical solutions. Strong attention to detail and the discipline to manage rigorous QA processes will also be critical, recognizing that consistency and quality are foundational to automation and scale.
Responsibilities- Own and evolve the Adobe Experience Manager and Naehas ecosystems as the foundation for modular, reusable, and AI-ready content including discovery of evolution of workstream
- Design and streamline the end-to-end content lifecycle (creation, approvals, governance, storage) for speed, clarity, and scale
- Establish a clear, scalable change and modifications framework to manage complexity and enable agile updates
- Lead creative variant governance to support personalization while maintaining control and compliance
- Drive execution quality through strong governance, clear standards, and continuous optimization
- Advance content and creative systems to support dynamic assembly, automation, and future AI-driven experiences
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Proven track record of leading complex capability builds that drive automation and efficiency
- Expertise in marketing technology platforms and data-driven personalization
- Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
- Experience managing change at scale, ensuring seamless adoption of new capabilities
- 5-10 years in marketing technology, product management, or digital transformation
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform experience
