Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both.

The Senior Manager, Consulting is the senior leader responsible for the performance, scalability, and strategic direction of the Professional Services S&I Division.

This role leads through people leaders and senior individual contributors, ensuring delivery excellence, strong leadership capability, and alignment to divisional priorities. The Senior Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing divisional strategy, driving customer success, portfolio performance, and commercial outcomes in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

Leadership & Talent Development (25%)

Measures of Success: team engagement (eNPS) and retention, effectiveness of people leaders (team performance and coaching outcomes), internal mobility and leadership pipeline strength, achievement of team and portfolio OKRs.
  • Build and scale leadership capability across the division.
  • Lead and develop people leaders and senior individual contributors, strengthening leadership effectiveness across teams.
  • Build leadership bench strength and succession readiness.
  • Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, OKRs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Oversee performance management, talent development, and career progression.
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Portfolio Performance & Delivery Excellence (25%)

Measures of Success: portfolio margin and utilization trends, delivery predictability and risk reduction, customer outcomes (NPS, deployment success, references), portfolio health metrics (quality, timelines, escalation trends)
  • Owns the health, performance, and continuous improvement of the divisional consulting portfolio.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, including delivery predictability, risk mitigation, and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and act on portfolio-level trends (utilization, margin, delivery effectiveness)
  • Ensure consistent adoption of delivery standards, methodologies, and quality frameworks across teams.
  • Identify and address systemic risks and performance gaps at a programmatic level.
  • Drive improvements in delivery models, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Leverage customer and delivery insights to enhance overall customer experience and implementation success.

Divisional Strategy & Execution (20%)

Measures of Success: progress against divisional OKRs, execution and completion of strategic initiatives, quality and impact of strategic contributions, alignment between strategy and team-level execution.
  • Contribute to and operationalize divisional strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to shape divisional strategy, identifying growth opportunities, delivery gaps and priorities.
  • Translate strategy into team-level OKRs, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Drive alignment and accountability for strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Use insights from delivery, customers, and performance data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Guide prioritization and trade-offs across competing initiatives.

Strategic Partnership & Growth Enablement (20%)

Measures of Success: ARR contribution and expansion support, deal velocity and scoping accuracy, cross-functional alignment effectiveness, impact of services insights on product and customer experience.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and support business growth.
  • Drive alignment with Sales on divisional growth strategy, including deal shaping, scoping quality, and expansion opportunities.
  • Influence Product through divisional insights and customer trends to improve product and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with CX and Enablement to scale team capability and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the Services perspective is represented in cross-functional planning and decision- making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and customer value.

Operational Governance & Capacity Strategy (10%)

Measures of Success: forecast accuracy (portfolio-level), resource utilization trends and capacity alignment, operational efficiency improvements, scalability of delivery processes.
  • Ensure scalable and effective operating models across the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for forecasting, resourcing, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Operations to define and evolve capacity planning strategy aligned to demand and growth.
  • Ensure clear accountability for operational processes across teams and supporting functions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and operational effectiveness at a portfolio-level.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational maturity.

What you will bring:
  • 5-8+ years in Consulting, Professional Services, or Implementation Leadership (SaaS environment)
  • 3-5+ years leading teams, including people leaders and/or senior ICs
  • Demonstrated experience managing large delivery portfolios and associated revenue streams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategy, translating direction into measurable outcomes
  • Strong experience in resourcing strategy, delivery performance, and operational scaling
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally (Sales, Product, CX) to drive business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical, business and executive audiences
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the relevant domain preferred
  • Ability to oversee large-scale portfolios aligned to strategic goals and to translate insights into actionable strategic direction
  • Understanding of commercial drivers, revenue, and margin optimization
  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and service delivery models and the ability to design scalable processes and operating models
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and understand customer needs and outcomes across a portfolio
  • Use insights from delivery, feedback, and engagement to strengthen relationships, influence strategy and drive long-term customer value and success
