Your Responsibilities:
Drive Business Impact
- Break down complex problems and identify opportunities
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value
- Build business cases and support value realization
Lead Client Engagements
- Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams
- Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions
- Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers
Bridge Business & Technology
- Gather and translate business & data requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs
- Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams
Drive Execution Excellence
- Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning
Lead & Contribute
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership
- Support business development and proposal efforts

What You Bring
- 10+ years in business analysis or consulting experience is a must

- Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-making
- Bilingual English/French
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Data concepts (data models, ETL, BI)
- Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills
