Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring & Data Analytics is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving Revolution Medicines' Compliance risk-based Monitoring and Data Analytics Program. This individual will lead the evolution of compliance monitoring through advanced analytics, automation, continuous monitoring, and data-driven risk identification to strengthen the Company's Compliance Program.

The successful candidate will lead compliance monitoring activities across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and other business functions to evaluate compliance risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote a culture of ethics and integrity.

This individual will serve as a strategic business partner, leveraging data analytics to proactively identify compliance risks, recommend practical improvements, and support commercialization as Revolution Medicines continues to grow and expand globally.

This role will report to the Sr. Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Program aligned with the annual compliance monitoring plan.
  • Conduct targeted compliance monitoring reviews to evaluate adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, company policies, and SOPs.
  • Execute monitoring activities across HCP engagements, Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, Sponsorships & Grants, Medical Affairs, Promotional Activities, Field Force, Market Access, Patient Support Programs, Transparency Reporting, and Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Evaluate compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, OIG Guidance, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, recurring trends, and emerging compliance risks.
  • Prepare monitoring reports with observations, root causes, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop CAPAs and verify remediation.
  • Support the annual Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Plan.

Data Analytics & Automated Monitoring
  • Lead advanced compliance analytics and automated monitoring.
  • Develop automated risk-based monitoring procedures.
  • Design executive dashboards, KRIs, metrics, and trend analyses.
  • Interpret complex datasets to identify issues and emerging risks.
  • Develop standardized monitoring methodologies and reporting templates.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPH, PharmD, or Master's) preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, compliance monitoring, internal audit, risk management, or related functions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, ACL, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and executing compliance analytics roadmap..
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex monitoring engagements
  • Identify opportunities to automate compliance monitoring using advanced analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to define data requirements across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Strong interviewing, analytical, root cause analysis, and investigative skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience interpreting complex datasets to executive-level reports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • CCEP, CHC, CIA, or CFE certification.
  • Experience building compliance monitoring programs in a fast-paced, growing biotech/pharma.
  • Commercial launch readiness experience.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics and continuous monitoring.
  • Strong executive presence and business partnership skills.


The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
