A Day in the Life:
No two days in this role look exactly alike, and that’s by design. You might start your morning on the Circle platform, checking in on Fellow conversations, responding to engagement threads, and surfacing a timely connection between a founder in Chicago and an advisor in our network who can open a door. You’ll pulse the health of the community across digital and in-person touchpoints, knowing that what makes this network special isn’t just what Fellows have access to, it's how it feels to belong to it.
You’ll spend real time thinking about the architecture of belonging. That means co-creating the rituals, language, and practices that make a first-year Fellow’s onboarding feel distinct from the experience of a fifth-year Fellow who’s now mentoring others. You’ll partner with the Vice President of Experience to shape and safeguard the invisible structure (community framework) that makes the Fellows Experience feel intentional, not accidental. Some days this looks like workshopping language for a welcome sequence. Others, it’s designing a new milestone ritual or rethinking how new cohorts are introduced into the broader network.
You own the Foundation’s digital community experience on Circle, ensuring the platform functions as a resource-sharing, sticky engagement hub for Fellows. That means developing a comprehensive content calendar, programming engagement moments, analyzing what’s resonating, and continuously raising the quality and consistency of the experience. You’ll extend that ownership across all platforms (in-person gatherings, digital touchpoints, and moments inside the broader Tory Burch organization) to ensure Fellows feel seen and connected wherever they show up.
You’ll carry an ambitious growth mandate. That means supporting an aggressive plan to expand the Fellows cohort, deepen “Pathway” programming, and grow the broader entrepreneur network. You’ll identify new channels, partnerships, and program extensions, and you’ll own the KPIs that measure whether we’re actually moving the needle.
And lastly, you’ll close the loop. Designing and deploying feedback mechanisms including surveys, pulse checks, and structured conversations to help keep the community healthy and evolving. You’ll translate what you hear into community development strategies and bring them to the broader team with both the insight and the implementation plan. The goal is a community that gets better because it’s genuinely being listened to.
