Full Job Description
Isaac's campus program is the engine behind our growth. For more than 20 years, it's built the talent pipeline that fuels our business - now growing ~25% year over year. As our Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of this legacy program and take it to the next level. This is a high-volume, high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll shape how the next generation of Isaac consultants discover us, experience us, and choose us. We have a flexible working environment and the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office. What you'll do. End-to-End Program Ownership (Canada + US) • Own the strategy, operating model, and outcomes of the campus recruitment program across Canada and the US • Translate ambitious hiring targets into structured, scalable plans. Clear timelines, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation • Build a program that can scale from today's size to significantly larger, multi-market volumes without breaking • Own program performance tracking.
