Partners with Film Production and Event Production teams to optimize resources. Develops, monitors, and reports budget for studio operations. Collaborates with various teams to maximize the studio's impact. Understands studio technology to troubleshoot and coach team members. Aligns studio operations and content with the organization's mission and goals. Provides input on creative developments based on the organization's brand and goals. Manages multiple projects effectively. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• In-depth knowledge of broadcast and virtual communication technologies and their scientific basis. [Required]• Proven experience with highly advanced, complex audio systems, studio lighting, broadcast video capture and display, presentation systems, LED walls, projection, virtual communication platforms, and live streaming systems [Required]• Leadership experience: managing, coaching, and developing others [Required]• Great customer service skills with positive energy [Required]• Exhibit excellent judgment and decision-making skills [Required]• Experience with Mac and PC Operating systems and software [Required]• Experience with Presentation Software (PowerPoint, Keynote, ProPresenter, and content servers) [Required]• Excellent communication skills [Required]• Flexibility and adaptability to change [Required]• Strong attention to detail [Required]• Ability to work collaboratively with others [Required]• Flexible schedule and some travel required during certain time periods [Required]• Audio and video editing skills [Preferred]
