SALARY: $106,400 - $115,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: Central Virginia, reporting weekly to offices in Roseland and Lexington, VA
ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that drive long-term business growth, strengthen brand equity, and attract and retain consumers across the Craft East brands. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple marketing functions and manages a team of Marketing Managers, each responsible for executing channel-specific marketing plans. Leveraging consumer, industry and commercial insights, the Senior Brand Manager oversees integrated marketing planning, program tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Working closely with various stakeholders, this position will help build brands and bring programs to life from ideation to final execution in the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and people-focused leader who is comfortable with complexity and excels at developing high-performing teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Leaddevelopmentandimplementation ofstrategic marketing plans that supportbrandobjectives, drive growth, and strengthen brand performance.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Managers responsible for executing channel-specific marketing plans.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for integrated marketing programs acrosspaidandorganicdigital,sponsorship,experiential, and trade channels.
Leverage consumer insights, market research, competitive analysis, and performance data toidentifyopportunities andoptimizeCraft Eastmarketing strategies.
Collaborate withCraft East Brand Managers,ABandCraft East sales teams,and otherinternalandexternalstakeholders to develop programs that support businessobjectives.
Manage relationships with agencies, media partners,sponsorpartners,and suppliers, including contract negotiations and oversight of deliverables.
Managerelevantmarketing budgets,optimizeinvestments, track spending, and report performance to leadership.
Analyze campaign and program results toidentifyopportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Ensure consistent brand standards across all products, communications, promotional materials, and consumer touchpoints.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships across the organization to drive successful execution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor27s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. MBA preferred.
6+ years of Marketing experience for CPG, with beer/alcoholic beverage experience strongly preferred.
2+ years of Management experience.
Experience withmanaging a growing consumer lifestyle brand.
Experience managingagencies and holdingaccountable.
Strong analytical skills withtheability to present data to internal and external customers.
Strong presentation skillsanddeck building abilities.
Understanding ofdirect store delivery three tiersystemand strong knowledge of the retail environment.
Ability to make business-critical decisions driven by both data and knowledge of business needs and legal requirements.
Conducts work in a sitting and standing position primarily; however, job requires frequent walking, stooping, bending, and light lifting.
