Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Automotive Front Line IT (Portfolio & Compliance) leads portfolio governance, strategic planning, financial preparation and compliance coordination across Automotive Front Line IT. You will provide integrated oversight of delivery performance, resources, risks and dependencies, while leading governance forums, executive reporting and value-focused digital portfolio execution. We ask that you be an experienced leader able to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional priorities.

You will report to IT Director, Automotive and Packaging and complies with local Hybrid Attendance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management - Maintain the Automotive Digital IT portfolio framework for intake, prioritization, investment tracking, performance measures and value realization in close collaboration with business and Digital IT stakeholders. Lead portfolio reviews and provide ecommendations on priorities, risks and trade-offs.
  • Service Delivery - Lead legacy ERP service delivery, ensuring business continuity, effective service management and controlled transition to PPG standard ERP.•
  • Customer Champion - Develop strong Automotive business understanding to ensure the voice of the customer shapes portfolio priorities and delivery outcomes.•
  • Governance & Strategic Operations - Establish consistent governance standards, tools and operating rhythms across the portfolio. Lead portfolio steering committees and cross-functional alignment forums; maintain executive dashboards, decision logs and action tracking to drive accountability and timely resolution.
  • Dependencies Management - Own visibility and escalation of cross-project dependencies, capacity constraints, delivery risks and business-readiness impacts.•
  • Risk & Compliance - Coordinate audit and compliance readiness, control ownership, evidence collection and remediation with Business, Quality, Cybersecurity and other control functions.
  • Financial & Capacity Planning - Lead preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, capital requests, and resource plans in partnership with Automotive and Packaging Front Line IT Director and project leads. Provide analysis of funding needs, portfolio trade-offs, benefits and capability gaps for leadership approval.
  • Stakeholder Leadership - Build trusted relationships with business and Digital IT stakeholders, sponsors, project leaders and external partners. Facilitate alignment, negotiate complex priorities, resolve conflicts and influence decisions across functions and geographies.
  • Operational Excellence - Improve portfolio and compliance processes through standardization, lessons learned, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities. Maintain practical playbooks, templates and guidance that strengthen delivery discipline and transparency.
  • People Leadership - Lead, coach and develop assigned team members and are actively responsible for conducting the performance process
