Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Strategic Execution Leadership: Owns the end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of high-impact modular and relay initiatives. Sets timelines, stage gates, risk mitigation plans, and success measures to ensure execution quality and alignment with enterprise goals. Escalates decisively to protect delivery and maintain execution integrity across formats.

Portfolio & Resource Management: Balances capacity and capability across modular execution teams to meet dynamic business needs. Sequences work to align with business rhythms, seasonal effects, and store readiness. Absorbs operational complexity to enable senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Operational Excellence & Standards: Serves as a subject-matter expert on modular execution standards and best practices. Institutionalizes "single-best-way" methods and quality checks across store formats. Leads post-implementation reviews to codify learnings and scale improvements.

Cross-Functional Liaison & Analyst Enablement: Acts as a strategic connector between Insights, Space, Merchant teams, and leadership. Aligns decisions to execution realities and clarify roles, data needs, and decision rights. Owns coordination tasks to protect analytical capacity and allow analysts to focus on insights.

Talent Development & Leadership: Mentors managers and high-potential associates to build a bench of future leaders. Fosters a culture of continuous learning and execution excellence. Demonstrates leadership expectations through decision-making, team development, and cross-functional outcomes.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
