Who You Are

The Senior Manager, Association provides strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of large-scale community associations, ensuring excellence in operations, financial management, governance, and administrative performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to association boards on compliance, policy, and long-term capital planning, while directing budget development, reserve fund management, and vendor partnerships. Foster organizational success through effective stakeholder engagement, cost optimization, quality assurance, and the mentorship and development of management and support teams.

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the operational, financial, and administrative performance of a high-volume portfolio of large-scale, complex community associations.
  • Executive Board Advisory: Act as the primary advisor to multi-member boards, guiding them through governance, legal compliance, and multi-year capital improvement planning.
  • Advanced Financials: Architect and oversee annual operating budgets and capital reserve funds.
  • Vendor & Contract Negotiations: Source and execute high-value, multi-site vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality control across the portfolio.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior managers, association coordinators, and maintenance staff.
