RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a senior client-facing lead, partnering directly with business stakeholders in a consulting capacity to support Market Access analytics, including ideation, solution framework development, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop a strong understanding of Market Access business processes and data domains, including payer data, specialty pharmacy (SP) data, patient access, and LAAD data.
- Lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytical requirements, translating business needs into high-quality analytical datasets, dashboards, and reports.
- Generate actionable insights related to payer access, brand performance, and contracting outcomes to support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytics methodologies and best practices to drive meaningful business impact, including ROI and value assessment, digital KPI tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Leverage complex, large-scale data to inform business decisions, with hands-on experience in data science techniques such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and patient-level triggers using R, Python, Databricks, along with strong expertise in Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau for visualization.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into execution, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the capability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all management levels, providing consultative guidance to key business leaders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, communicate insights to business teams, and develop execution plans to operationalize analytics solutions.
Requirements- 12-17 years of professional work experience with significant experience (typically 10+ years) in pharma analytics consulting, particularly in market access, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Deep understanding of the pricing, reimbursement, and access landscape in key markets; knowledge of HTA processes; familiarity with regulatory policies impacting market access.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret health economics data, assess market dynamics, and develop evidence-based access strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and manage complex projects across regions.
- Capacity to anticipate market trends, assess risks, and develop proactive strategies that align with both short- and long-term business goals
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus
- Functional & Business understanding of the Market Access Area, in commercial Pharma

o Chargebacks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and payer decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of Speciality Pharmacy data, HUB data, and the end-to-end patient journey
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, health economics, business, public health) is typically preferred.
