Employer: Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Job Title: Senior Manager, Artificial & Decision Intelligence Location: 1 Squibb Drive, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Wage Range: $139,506.00 - $169,506.00 Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Senior Manager, Artificial & Decision Intelligence (in New Brunswick, NJ). Duties: Implement, design, develop, and operationalize advanced artificial intelligence (AI), generative AI (Gen AI), and decision intelligence capabilities to drive business decisions. Implement scalable AI solutions to address complex pharmaceutical business challenges. Develop new AI/Gen AI tools aligned with business objectives and ensure they are operationalized effectively. Build and optimize AI agents that can autonomously handle complex tasks, make decisions, and deliver insights in real-time. Develop, integrate, and continuously improve AIpowered chatbots and virtual assistants to support employees across various teams. Focus on augmenting the decision-making capabilities of leadership teams by providing AI-powered insights that inform strategic initiatives for the Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop standard AI frameworks for streamlined deployment practices. Establish and maintain consistent documentation of AI capabilities. Architect and manage data pipelines, catalogs, glossaries, and access policies to support analytics, AI, and decision intelligence use cases across the enterprise. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required based on business need. Telecommuting permitted up to 25% per week. Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation. Must have three (3) years of experience in the following skills (which may be gained concurrently): • Working in the artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, data integration, or data enablement domain; • Configuring cloud-based environments such as Azure, Google AI, or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, or equivalent cloud data lake platforms; • Developing AI frameworks using Python and SQL programming languages; • Applying Agile methodologies and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage project workflows and sprints; • Reporting and visualizing data analytics using Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, QlikSense, QuickSight, or MicroStrategy; • Performing data demand planning and portfolio management using platforms such as Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), Domino, or Snowflake; • Programming in Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling; • Conducting data modeling, establishing data governance practices, and implementing data quality best practices; • Implementing AERA Decision Intelligence or similar AI-driven automation and decision-making platforms; • Building machine learning models for forecasting, classification, or prediction using Python, R, or similar tools; • Applying statistical techniques, including regression, time-series forecasting, hypothesis testing, and correlation analysis; and • Designing data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
