Senior Manager Analytics - Revenue Growth Management

Job Description

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics & Capabilities is a centralized capabilities and analytics team that partners across RGM and commercial teams to strengthen processes, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions. This role serves as the RGM organization's expert resource for the most complex business challenges, providing advanced analytical support and leadership across brand, trade, and pricing initiatives. It leads the development and deployment of next-generation RGM capabilities, partnering with Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams to transform methodologies into scalable tools and solutions. The position also provides thought leadership on AI, identifying high-value use cases, driving implementation, and building organizational capability through training and adoption. In addition, the role leads strategic projects, complex analyses, and advanced training efforts to strengthen RGM expertise and accelerate business impact.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Complex RGM Problem Support: Serves as an RGM expert resource for the most complex issues the organization faces, be it in brand support, trade performance, PPA, etc. Support can range from being a phone-a-friend to full ownership of unique challenges. Relationship building across broad parts of the organization and knowledge of a wide range of RGM approaches and brands will be essential.
  • Next Gen RGM: Serves as the lead in the ideation, development and roll out of Next Gen RGM solutions, including the internal development of everyday tools. Partners closely with our Advanced Analytics and Data Science team to transform RGM theory and methodology into tools and solutions that move the organization forward.
  • AI Thought Leadership: Serves as RGM lead in incorporating AI into current and future business processes and tools. Responsibilities include understanding AI solutions in the marketplace, IDing most valuable use cases to address and working with our Advanced Analytics and Data Science team to implement AI solutions. This role will also be responsible for the training of the broader RGM organization to ensure the team is using AI efficiently and effectively in its everyday processes.
  • Project Leadership: Leads special RGM projects and complex ad hoc analyses, ensuring accurate outputs, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
  • RGM Training: Aids the Sr Manager of Capabilities in identifying training and standardization needs across the organization. Takes point on more complex trainings, particularly those involved in AI, in-house advanced tools and other next Gen capabilities.


To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within RGM
  • Expert knowledge of RGM, including RGM theory, levers, elasticities, commercial viability, systems/tools and trade
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate the work of others, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Expert in developing and supporting complex analytical solutions that integrate coefficients, elasticities, and other data from various syndicated sources into a cohesive tool.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing projects and teams effectively
  • Experience in utilizing a data lake to develop new capabilities and reports is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of NIQ/Circana (POS, panel, loyalty), financials (in-house & customer) and trade data, as well as other other CPG-related data
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required. Experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred
  • Experience identifying weaknesses in the organization and recommending necessary training


Organizational Relationships:
  • Reports to the Director of Analytics and Capabilities within the RGM organization.
  • 3 direct reports
  • Works closely with RGM peers supporting brands and trade performance teams. Partners with Advanced Analytics and Data Science team.
