As a Senior Manager - Agentic AI Architect, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping, designing and delivering next-generation agentic AI solutions for EY clients. You will work across industries to architect scalable, secure and responsible AI systems that enable autonomous decision-making, orchestration and intelligent workflows, while aligning with EY's risk, governance and trust frameworks.
The opportunityYou will lead complex client engagements at the intersection of AI engineering, enterprise architecture and business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to influence executive stakeholders, mentor high-performing teams and help clients responsibly adopt agentic AI to drive measurable business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities- Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks and AI-enabled decision engines
- Translate business problems into scalable AI architectures aligned with security, privacy and regulatory requirements
- Define AI governance, risk management and responsible AI controls for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems
- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models and technology roadmaps
- Lead, coach and develop diverse, cross-functional teams of architects, engineers and data scientists
- Contribute to EY thought leadership, assets and go-to-market offerings in agentic and generative AI
Skills and attributes for success- Deep experience designing and deploying AI/ML and agentic systems in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, MLOps, LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with AI governance, model risk management and regulatory considerations
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
To qualify for the role, you must have- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of complex technology or AI programs
- Consulting or professional services experience is strongly preferred

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $148,000 to $222,500
