Job DescriptionAs a Senior Maintenance Manager at AutoZone, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of approximately half of the company's stores. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the stores are not only operationally efficient but also visually appealing to customers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards across the board.
Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire: You'll be at the helm, selecting and training Maintenance Managers, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Develop and Implement: Create and roll out maintenance programs, policies, and procedures that keep our stores running smoothly.
- Budget Mastery: Develop annual budgets and keep a close eye on maintenance spending to ensure we stay on track.
- Store Excellence: Monitor the appearance of our stores, making sure they always look their best for our customers.
- Invoice Approval: Review and approve maintenance-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with other departments to coordinate and execute maintenance projects seamlessly.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:- Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance field, including managing a team
