Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to understand requirements and integrate ML solutions into TikTok's platform. Research and develop ML models and algorithms to enhance TikTok's content recommendation systems. Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns and trends that can improve TikTok's content recommendation accuracy. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
