In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics execution, ensuring that our products move seamlessly from suppliers to our global customers through our logistics network.
Your primary focus will be managing our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners, international export compliance, driving our critical quarter-end logistics push, and orchestrating our specialized "cart bundle" process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex supply chain puzzles, we want you on our team.

- Monitor 3PL performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, on-time shipping, and receiving turnaround.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily warehouse discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping delays.
Export Compliance & International Logistics

- Prepare, review, and audit essential export documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Automated Export System/AES filings).
- Classify products accurately using Harmonized System (HS) codes and maintain updated compliance records.
Quarter-End Logistics Coordination
- Spearhead logistics readiness and execution during high-volume quarter-end periods to maximize revenue recognition.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and 3PLs to prioritize critical shipments and meet tight cut-off deadlines.
- Provide real-time tracking updates and risk-mitigation strategies for high-value or time-sensitive quarter-end orders.
Cart Bundle Process Coordination
- Own the end-to-end logistics for our specialized "cart bundle" program (kitting, bundling, and multi-component configurations).
- Coordinate with inventory planning to ensure all individual components are available at the 3PL for bundling.
- Define and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) fulfillment workflow at the warehouse level to ensure bundles are assembled and shipped accurately.
QualificationsBaseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international trade.

- 3PL familiarity: Direct experience working with 3PL warehouses and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
