  • Review and approve purchase orders and supplier invoices, partnering with Finance and Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely payment processing.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier optimization, freight management, process improvements, and operational efficiencies while monitoring supplier performance and inventory health.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Infrastructure Acquisition Managers, Datacenter Operations, Finance, and project teams to mitigate supply chain risks and support global infrastructure expansion.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or infrastructure operations, preferably supporting datacenter, network, or technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of global procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, logistics operations, inventory management, and international shipping compliance.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, invoice approvals, budgeting, and financial controls, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Datacenter Operations, and external suppliers in a fast-paced global environment.

We'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
  • Supporting procurement and logistics operations for datacenter, network, CDN, cloud, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Managing global hardware deployments, including servers, networking equipment, optics, rack integration, and colocation facilities.
