Position Title: Senior Litigation Attorney
Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
Senior Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: - Manage litigation cases with a focus on education law
- Collaborate with various practice groups to ensure comprehensive legal support
- Meet a standard of 1800 billable hours annually
- Engage in case evaluations and strategy development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Senior Litigation Attorney Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in defense work, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
- Transferable skills from administrative law or related fields are valued
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Experience in big law is preferred
