Position Summary
The Senior Analyst - Legal leverages deep expertise in contracts, negotiations, and project management to build and maintain strong customer partnerships. This role delivers exceptional service through consultative engagement and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
-Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the contract solutions area, under general supervision.
-Applies in-depth knowledge of the contract solutions field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
-Coordinates assigned contract projects of a less complex nature by creating timelines, building contingency plans, executing corrective actions, communicating issues resolution, and identifying and utilizing key milestones, stakeholders, and resources needed to ensure timely and successful contract negotiations.
-Analyzes complex contract risks and issues and communications risks and issues to stakeholders internally and externally.
-Implements process improvement solutions that strengthen accountability and promote effective risk management.
-Identifies opportunities to develop, utilize, and contribute to all contract team tools, such as alternative clause library, key supplier overviews, and templates to effectively manage job responsibilities and disseminate information regarding contractual rights, responsibilities, and obligations to sourcing and business areas.
-Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Experience

Required Qualifications
3+ years of long term care pharmacy experience.

Education
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience.
