Working out of our Calgary office, you will manage a portfolio of first-class assets. You will be an ambassador for the organization, so we are looking for someone who is a strong fit with our values and a positive reflection of our brand!
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain/establish strong relationships and ongoing contact with brokers, tenants and prospective tenants through meetings, social events, presentations, etc.
- Manage day to day leasing responsibilities for a 3+ million square foot office portfolio in Calgary
- Negotiate financial and legal terms of leasing Proposals, Offers and Leases to achieve maximum value for our clients
- Take ownership of the portfolio and manage transactions with a customer service mindset and sense of urgency
- Conduct property tours with prospects and develop in-depth knowledge of the portfolio
- Manage and coordinate the development of all marketing material to the brokerage community including virtual tours, brochures, promotional videos, model suites, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate between departments, i.e. Asset Management, Construction, Development, Property Management and Accounting
- Strategically plan broker functions for the purpose of marketing space and maintaining business relationships
- Prepare and manage annual leasing budgets, business plans and other reporting as required
- Represent GWL Realty Advisors by maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 3+ years of prior commercial leasing experience with a landlord or brokerage
- University Degree, ideally in Business
- Real Estate License
- Strong working knowledge of legal concepts included in offers and leases, and negotiation skills
- Outgoing, articulate and strategic with strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail with strong ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are required
