Description
The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12-18 Month Accelerated Leadership Program Preparing High-Potential Professionals for Plant and Operations Leadership. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes.

We are seeking experienced leaders who are:

Operationally minded thinkers with a bias for action.

Ready to take on site level manufacturing challenges that drive long-term value.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications
5 - 8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline

Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.

Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $90,244-$135,509 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
