The Senior Leader/Expert Professional will play an important role in mentoring colleagues and advancing LEAN application across the wider business group.

Key Responsibilities - Provide advanced executive-level leadership and strategic direction across complex project activity.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support the development of deployment plans for LEAN applications.
- Advise, mentor, and assist colleagues in executing deployment plans effectively.
- Support the continued advancement of LEAN application across the Unconventional business group.
- Contribute strategic insight to improve organisational and cross-company performance, policies, and programmes.
- Guide high-level operational and departmental goal setting, policy direction, and procedure development were required.
