About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Lead, Technology Strategy Analyst to help shape and support key business and technology strategy initiatives. This role will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic planning, market intelligence, business analysis, and executive communications.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional research and storytelling capabilities. They are skilled at translating complex information into actionable insights and executive-level presentations that influence decision-making. This highly-visible role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, strategic frameworks, and business performance drivers.

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
  • Support the development of enterprise, business unit and technology strategies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, strategic priorities and narratives.
  • Develop strategic narratives and executive decision-support materials.
  • Assist in annual, multi-year, and long-range strategic planning processes.


Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, emerging growth, and competitive developments.
  • Analyze industry standards, benchmarks, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize external research into actionable insights for senior leadership.


Executive Communications & Storytelling
  • Create executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and briefing documents.
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling business stories.
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate strategic priorities, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to prepare presentations for leadership, board, and client audiences.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with business, finance, operations, product, technology, and transformation teams to gather insights and align strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate working sessions, strategy workshops, and planning discussions.
  • Build relationships across the organization to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business analysis, technology strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning initiatives and executive decision-making processes.
  • Strong experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and strategic communications for senior leadership.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks, business intelligence, and market analysis techniques.
  • Expertise in gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting large amounts of information from multiple sources.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities for financial, operational, and strategic analyses.
  • Ability to transform complex data into compelling visual stories and strategic insights.
