Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Energy, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management, strategy development, or a related role within the energy industry.
  • Experience in conducting exploratory data analysis and producing research publications or public disclosures.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and messaging strategies.
  • Experience analyzing energy policy, regulatory models, or energy market issues.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Expertise on complex energy topics and ability to translate technical data and concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with and experience scoping, managing, and publishing research on energy topics (e.g., technology, policy, markets, etc.).
  • Understanding of energy policy and market issues, including regulatory models and processes, legal and disclosure frameworks, and political and public sentiment.
  • Excellent program management skills and experience leading successful programs in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
