As the Senior Lead Digital Product Manager, Experience & Adoption within Workplace Technology, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the digital workplace, leading enterprise strategies that drive employee engagement, accelerate adoption of innovative technologies, and unlock measurable business value across the organization.

This is more than a product leadership role. It is an opportunity to influence how work gets done across one of the world's largest financial institutions. Partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leaders spanning product, engineering, UX, communications, training, and business teams, you will champion the intersection of technology, human-centered design, and organizational change to deliver experiences that employees embrace and businesses depend on.

We are seeking a strategic, influential leader who combines deep expertise in employee experience, adoption strategy, and change enablement with the ability to inspire stakeholders, align enterprise priorities, and turn vision into enterprise-wide impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead enterprise-wide experience and adoption strategies for workplace technology products and services.

  • Partner across technology and business organizations to maximize employee experience and business value realization.

  • Drive measurable improvements in user engagement, satisfaction, and technology adoption.

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success shaping enterprise employee experience, change enablement, and adoption strategies for large-scale technology transformations with measurable business impact.

  • Proven success leading enterprise technology deployments with measurable adoption and engagement outcomes.

  • Experience partnering across product management, engineering, UX, communications, training, and business teams.

  • Strong understanding of employee experience (EX), user-centered design, adoption strategy, and organizational change enablement.

  • Experience developing and executing enterprise change management, readiness, communication, and adoption strategies that drive sustained behavioral change and business outcomes.

  • Ability to define, measure, and communicate outcomes related to adoption, engagement, employee experience, and business value realization.

  • Experience operating effectively in large, complex, highly regulated environments.

  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, storytelling, and influence skills.
