Full Job Description
Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer to lead enterprise application development efforts supporting a Federal customer. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern business applications while providing technical leadership across multiple Agile software development teams.

This position supports a Federal customer and requires regular onsite collaboration within the Washington, DC metropolitan area in accordance with Government requirements and mission needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise software development projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
  • Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions and custom .NET applications.
  • Design RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead peer code reviews and establish development standards.
  • Implement DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, SAST, DAST, and secure coding practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and support production environments.
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment artifacts.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, and Government stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, Agile software development, and DevSecOps.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)

Security Requirements
  • Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Public Trust Background Investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government-issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
