Qualifications

• Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee design of Land Development projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technologists.
• Perform and review complex design calculations for compliance with standards.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and validate engineering drawings and project documentation.
