Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years or Master's degree with 8+ years in full-stack development (4 years experience in lieu of degree).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, REST APIs, and AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Maven) and IaaS tools (Terraform, Ansible, Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and RDBMS (Oracle).
• Background in cloud migration, DevSecOps practices, and Agile environments (tools such as Rally, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and migrate Java applications to AWS using services like ECS Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement Terraform for infrastructure automation, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Perform system optimization for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to analyze and implement user stories using modern development principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, or scalability issues using tools like Splunk, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Translate legacy systems to next-generation cloud-based solutions.
