Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years or Master's degree and 8+ years in full-stack development (4 years experience in lieu of degree).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain and maintain public trust.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and REST APIs, with extensive AWS experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, SonarQube, and Maven, along with IaaS tools such as Terraform and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools like Splunk and RDBMS systems including Oracle.
• Experienced in cloud migration, DevSecOps principles, and working in Agile settings with tools like Rally and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and migrate Java applications to AWS using services such as ECS Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement Terraform for infrastructure automation, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to analyze and implement user stories following modern development principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, or scalability issues using tools like Splunk, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Translate legacy systems into next-generation cloud solutions.
