* The Senior IT Sourcing Professional directs, manages and oversees all Team related contracts throughout their lifecycle. Serving as the link between requester, supplier, procurement and legal. Serves as the main facilitator for contract negotiations, contract changes, claims, recommendations, monitoring and record keeping. Controls the contracts, safety and quality compliance is maintained (compliance to SHS processes, guidelines from contractual perspective) and SHS IT procedures are achieved.
* Oversees the overall supplier relationship and performance related to contracted services.
* Manages service level agreements between the service provider and the requisitioner. This oversight includes both operational and strategic topics.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You take end-to-end responsibility for complex and high-impact RfI (Request for Information) and RfP processes for IT services, applications, and projects.
- You are responsible for independently negotiating, drafting, and finalizing complex IT contracts with providers from the SHS IT provider portfolio.
- You lead and steer cross-functional, international RfP teams and ensure the execution of administrative and coordination tasks.
- You coach teams in defining clear and meaningful functional, technical, and commercial requirements.
- You ensure clearly defined statements of work and Service Level Agreements (SLA) and act as a quality gatekeeper for RfX documents.
- In close collaboration with Procurement, you drive bid evaluation, lead negotiations, and guide award decisions.
- You actively identify and coordinate compliance topics (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, SaaS-specific requirements) throughout the entire sourcing and contract lifecycle and ensure their proper representation in contract content.
- You are responsible for the effective management of parallel RfX and contract initiatives, balancing time, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction while adapting to shifting priorities.
- You lead contract implementations, trainings, and structured handovers to operational teams.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of RfP and contract templates, processes, and best practices.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Law, or a comparable field of study.
- You have many years of professional experience in a senior role in IT sourcing, as a service owner, or in a comparable position.
- You have proven expertise in managing complex IT RfPs involving multiple stakeholders.
- You possess a very strong understanding of IT sourcing and contracting processes, compliance topics in the context of IT services and applications, as well as IT service models and SLA frameworks.
- You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT service management, IT consulting, strategic procurement, or bid management.
- You have extensive, long-standing professional experience and additional qualifications in this field but do not hold a university degree? We would still be very pleased to receive your application.

The base pay range for this position is:
$112,420 - $154,572
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
