About This Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter with strong SAP S/4HANA recruiting expertise to drive hiring for a high impact Advanced Engineering & Technology initiative.

In this role, you will lead end to end recruitment for several specialized IT positions within an accelerated timeline, securing exceptional talent for key SAP S/4HANA and supporting technology roles.

MUST be North Carolina based, thrive in fast paced, high-volume settings, and are well versed in the unique compliance and security expectations of the Advanced Engineering & Technology industries.

What You Will Work On

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for SAP S/4HANA and IT positions, overseeing the process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to support high priority hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Leverage ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools to identify, engage, and nurture top talent.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring standards, including familiarity with security clearance processes.
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and talent pipeline insights to key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of SAP and IT professionals to support ongoing and future recruitment demand.


What You Will Bring

  • Extensive full cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on IT and SAP S/4HANA positions.
  • Demonstrated success managing high volume recruiting in fast paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of industry practices and compliance requirements within the Defense and Space Systems
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance processes and associated hiring protocols.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must reside in Arizona and be available for weekly on-site collaboration.
