About the Role:
Operates within the Value Management Office Delivery Project & Program Management organization and supports the disciplined execution of moderately complex IT initiatives.

Supports or may lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through stabilization under broad supervision, helping ensure delivery against defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, compliance, and business outcome expectations. Partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to support effective governance, predictable execution, and alignment with established enterprise strategies and goals.

Execution- and delivery-focused, emphasizing governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and transparent reporting to support measurable business value.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

• Support or lead the execution of moderately complex IT initiatives under broad supervision
• Contribute to the delivery and measurement of defined business outcomes
• Translate defined objectives into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Support adherence to regulatory, validation, and compliance requirements throughout project execution
• Support predictable delivery through disciplined task, risk, issue, dependency, and scope management
• Prepare and maintain consistent project, portfolio, and steering committee reporting
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to coordinate initiative delivery with established platform roadmaps and technology plans
• Ensure regulatory, validation, and compliance requirements are embedded into project execution (particularly in Clinical and Regulatory systems environments)
• Support the tracking and reporting of defined value-realization measures
• Works independently to lead initiatives within the commercial organization
• Partners with IT Business Partners to manage the demand intake process

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in computer science, IT, or similar field
  and 4+ years of IT experience working in a pharmaceutical company with exposure to FDA regulations. Experience supporting validated applications for regulatory purposes in a biotech/pharmaceutical company required OR
• BS/BA degree in computer science, IT, or similar field
  Master's degree in computer science, IT, or similar field and 2+ years of similar experience noted above
• Able to communicate technical information and work with all levels within the organization
• Strong base knowledge of web application technology, electronic document management systems, electronic publishing systems for regulatory filings, and an in-depth experience in database technologies and data warehousing/data mining
• Strong knowledge of the most recent experience in support of Microsoft applications utilizing the following technologies: MS SQL Server, Oracle, JAVA, Visual Basic, MS Access, MS Project, IIS, Internet Explorer, and Advanced Web technologies such as HTML, XML, SGML, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, and Internet Database Programming
• Strong knowledge of supporting validated applications for regulatory purposes in a biotech/pharmaceutical company required
• Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish work
• Has strong understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas
• Proficient with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Possess excellent computer skills
• Has strong communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills
• Detail oriented yet can see broader picture for the department
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Knowledge of Commercial Operations, including field/product support and Omnichannel activities, and the business processes required to act as an effective commercial project manager

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
