DescriptionRole SummaryMetaPhase is seeking an IT Portfolio Management SME to support the Department of the Treasury through the Information Technology Financial Management Support Services BPA. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Department of the Treasury IT leadership and senior stakeholders, providing senior-level support across IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), IT governance, cost, schedule, and performance reporting, IT budget support, and acquisition support.
The ideal candidate brings strong Federal IT experience, executive presence, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive budget, acquisition, and performance data. This individual will translate complex IT, budget, acquisition, and portfolio information into clear, actionable executive-level insights.
Position Status: Contingent Upon Award
What You Will Be Doing- Lead and support IT CPIC activities, including IT portfolio updates, Technology Business Management reporting, business case development, and Department of the Treasury and OMB submissions
- Track, monitor, and report on IT investment performance, portfolio spend, project schedules, operational metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions
- Develop executive-ready materials, including briefing decks, status reports, meeting minutes, data call responses, trackers, governance documentation, and plain-language communications
- Support IT acquisition activities, including procurement request tracking, FITARA tracking, acquisition data calls, procurement forecasting, and coordination across related systems and stakeholders
- Coordinate across Department of the Treasury IT stakeholders, government leadership, and contractor teams to consolidate inputs and provide an executive view of overall program performance
What We Need From You (Required)- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active final Secret clearance required by start date; interim clearances will not be accepted
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing operational and cost, schedule, and performance support in a Federal Government IT environment
- Experience working directly with CIOs, IT executives, senior government leaders, and cross-functional IT stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Federal IT policies and processes, including OMB CPIC, FITARA, IT portfolio management, IT governance, budget reporting, and acquisition support
- What Sets You Apart (Preferred)
- PMP, CTBME, TBM, PfMP, SAFe, FAC-P/PM, ITIL, or related certification
- Experience supporting the Department of the Treasury or similar Federal financial, law enforcement, intelligence, or national security missions
- Experience with PRISM, CPIC reporting tools, TBM tools, portfolio management tools, Department of the Treasury reporting tools, or Federal budget systems
- Prior experience as key personnel, task lead, workstream lead, or senior advisor on a Federal IT support contract
- Experience developing client-ready SOPs, governance materials, executive communications, educational content, or process improvement recommendations for Federal IT organizations
Work Location- Hybrid - Washington, DC Metro Area / Vienna, VA
Remote Schedule- Work will be performed primarily at Department of the Treasury locations, with telework available as approved by the Government
TravelEducation Level- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Public Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Clearance Level- Active final Secret clearance required

Compensation- Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience, clearance, certifications, education, and contract requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $140,000 - $180,000.
