Use your analytical expertise to translate business needs into creative solutions. As a Senior IT Business Analyst at Uline, you will lead solution design, collaborating with IT teams to streamline business process and systems at our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and IT colleagues to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for complex projects.

• Design requirements to ensure consistent and quality solutions, including specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.

• Collaborate with a team of Solution Analysts, providing technical guidance to ensure strong performance.

• Review and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence to help develop analysis, enhance workflow efficiency, and guide solutions across IT projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

• Experience with Finance or Supply Chain modernization projects a plus.

• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
