We are seeking an experienced
Senior IT Business Analyst to support Trading & Supply technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading environments with hands-on experience in the
Endur platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, drive solution delivery, and improve critical business processes.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support Endur implementations, enhancements, and production initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments.
- Hands-on experience with the Endur platform.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Cmotion
- Deal Capture (Front Office)
- Settlements & Accounting (Back Office)
- Tax
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
