We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive candidate who can lead and support our SAP Security initiatives, with a primary focus on S/4HANA implementations, ERP & GRC upgrades, BTP Security & IAG. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA role design (including Fiori), user administration, audit compliance, licensing optimization, BTP Security, IAG Implementation & Support experience. You will work closely with functional teams, audit, and project managers to design secure systems, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

You will report directly to our director of IT, and you'll work out at our location Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.

Your expertise will lead to data-informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the organization's technology roadmap. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Security Architecture (roles, profiles, authorizations) for S/4HANA and Fiori, bring industry best practices.
  • Lead with security best practices to follow least minimum & least privilege access.
  • Experience on Fiori Launchpad security, including catalogs, groups, spaces, and OData service authorizations. Should be able to do troubleshooting for access issue.
  • Manage and optimize SAP user licensing models, specifically focusing on Digital Access, indirect usage, and authorization-based license measurement.
  • Support internal/external audits, conduct periodic user access reviews, and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Implement, configure & Utilize SAP GRC 12.0 or higher for Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, risk mitigation. Design Access request workflow.
  • Implementation of all modules of AC & PC modules of GRC
  • Integrate IAG with GRC and support end to end. Follow industry best practices.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for security-related issue and resolving authorization issues.
  • Partner with functional consultants, technical consultants, controllership team and business owners to define security requirements for new projects and rollouts.
  • Lead Security implementation end to end and ensure all access management concepts are well running.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, with at least 4 years focused on S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Architecture, HANA Database Security, and Fiori.
  • Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), Process control and IAG
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA licensing models and optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
  • Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
