What You'll Be Doing- Lead deep technical RCCA and 8D investigations for complex, high-impact silicon IP quality issues and drive corrective actions through to resolution
- Improve and scale quality methods, standards, and engineering practices that enable stronger, more predictable execution across teams
- Partner with design, applications, program management, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-functional quality challenges
- Mentor engineers through technical reviews, problem-solving discussions, and lessons learned, helping strengthen overall team capability
- Identify systemic quality risks early and drive the right cross-team actions before issues escalate
- Serve as a trusted technical partner for internal stakeholders, bringing clarity, judgment, and practical direction to difficult problems
- Contribute to stronger design flows, quality systems, and operating practices that improve both current execution and future scalability

What You'll Need- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) with 8+ years of experience in advanced technical roles across silicon, systems, or software
- Strong expertise in at least one core Silicon IP interface such as PHY, SerDes, DDR, HBM, or UCIe, with a broad understanding of adjacent domains
- Proven experience leading RCCA and 8D investigations that resulted in meaningful quality, process, or execution improvements
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, technically demanding environments and bring structure to complex problems
- Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and stakeholder groups
- Experience driving improvements that span teams, projects, product lines, or technology generations is a plus
- Experience building or improving repeatable engineering and quality practices is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira for documentation, reporting, and tracking
- Experience with automation, workflow digitization, or quality data analytics is a plus
