  • Develop and maintain reporting that monitors omni sales, demand trends, store fulfillment performance, inventory availability, back order opportunity, cancellation risk, aging inventory, and service-level performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities across omni services and recommend actions to improve in-stock position, inventory turn, fulfillment speed, profitability, and customer experience
  • Partner with Store Operations to evaluate store performance, identify execution gaps, and support action plans that improve on-time order fulfillment and reduce customer delays
  • Partner with Merchandising, Visual, Inventory Planning, and Store Operations to review floor set plans, key-item representation, presentation minimums, and safety stock needs to protect in-store selling and display quantities from omni demand
  • Use historical data, seasonal trends, product performance, pricing, inventory availability, and fulfillment behavior to identify key learnings and apply them to future seasons, promotions, and omni strategies
  • Partner with Distribution, Inventory, and IT teams to troubleshoot omni inventory, fulfillment, reporting, and process issues; support testing, enhancements, and post-release validation as needed
  • Build standardized processes, documentation, reporting routines, and communication tools that improve visibility, reduce manual work, and create consistency across omni inventory planning workflows
  • Lead practical adoption of approved AI tools within Omni inventory planning by developing use cases that improve forecasting, reporting, exception management, process documentation, and decision support across BOPIS, BOSFS, and BOSTS workflows
  • Lead cross-functional conversations with Inventory, Merchandising, Store Operations, Distribution, E-commerce, and IT partners to align priorities, resolve issues, and support profitable omni growth
  • Mentor or support planners, coordinators, or cross-functional partners by sharing best practices, training users on omni planning processes, and helping build broader organizational capability
