Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team as a Senior Internal Security Investigator! This is a Remote position. As a Senior Internal Security Investigator, you will conduct non-field investigations of suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, including interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, and locating sources of information and witnesses. Responsibilities include evaluating information to determine its credibility, referring investigation assignments to outside agencies, and providing training and support to all departments in the claims handling process.

Candidates that possess 1 year of higher level claims and investigative experience are highly preferred.

The shift schedule is Saturday through Wednesday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. This role is fully remote and eligible for weekend work shift differential.

Weekend Work Shift Differential (20%)
At the discretion of the business unit and based on business and staffing needs, a weekend work shift pay differential of 20% may be paid to non-exempt associates who are specifically assigned to, and who regularly work, the weekend work shift.

The weekend work shift begins between 12:01 a.m., Saturday and 11:59 p.m., Sunday OR begins before 12:01 a.m., Saturday if the shift ends at 5:00 a.m. or later on Saturday.

The weekend work shift differential may be paid for work shifts beginning on either or both Saturday and Sunday, depending on business need and staffing levels. It must be added on the timesheet for nonexempt associates on hours worked. Exempt associates should review the Request Compensation Change Help article for information on the Weekend Allowance Plan. Absences on a regularly scheduled weekend shift are not eligible for Weekend Work Shift Differential. One-time payments should not be processed.

Annual Salary

$36.63 - $57.49

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
