Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX or product teams (e.g., Interaction, Motion, UX Research, Engineering, UX Writing) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience creating high-fidelity visual mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Experience in designing across multiple platforms (e.g., Web, Mobile, TV, etc.) and bringing features from concept to launch.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

As a Senior Interaction Designer on the Living Room team, you will be a key player in re-imagining how users watch YouTube on their TV. You will focus on Connected Experiences for YouTube, which includes developing patterns for second-screen companion experiences. You will have the opportunity to lead design projects from concept to launch, taking full ownership of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. You will also partner closely with engineers, product managers, and user researchers to ensure designs are feasible, user-centric, and impactful.
