Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities - Define and advocate the UX vision for purchase experiences (Buyflows) across Google, aligning it with overall product strategy and balancing user and business needs.
- Lead and execute UX design from concept to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with UXR to understand user needs and validate designs through testing and iteration.
- Develop UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
- Contribute to and maintain the Platform's design system (Platinum), ensuring consistency and evolving the system where needed to support this new investment area.
