Minimum qualifications:

You will grow on ambiguity and will be analyzing market landscapes, understanding local billing behaviors (like PIX in Brazil or UPI in India), and proposing design initiatives that solve specific regional pain points.
Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Apply and extend the design system by building scalable, highly-polished, and reusable interaction patterns for a global audience across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze unique market landscapes and local billing behaviors to propose and build market-specific design initiatives that scale payments reach.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex cross-functional requirements and global challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping to visualize agentic workflows and iterate on product experiences based on user research and market feedback.
