This is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:30PM-2:00AM PT, Monday through Friday. Please note that this position is structured around a baseline expectation of a 50-hour workweek, which may include occasional overtime as needed to meet operational goals.
About the Role:- The Integration subs technician role will play a critical role in ensuring that various components and systems of flight hardware are assembled, tested, and installed with the highest quality
- The role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace processes
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to successfully build and install flight hardware
- Collaborate with the production team, integration engineers and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations
- Primary area of focus will be assembly, install, and testing of flight hardware through development and production of Terran R
About You:- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
- Possess a wide range of technical skills including but not limited to fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production
- Ability to set up and operate a wide range of hand and pneumatic tools along with calibrated tools and measuring devices
- Must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable working in tight spaces
Nice to haves but not required: - 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- Electromechanical build proficiency
- Familiar with propulsion systems and components
