The team has a robust understanding of our customers and our field business plan and plays a key role in identifying areas where marketing can play an outsized role in helping to drive revenue.
Unique OpportunityAs a Senior Marketing Manager on the Verticals and Small Business Integrated Marketing team, you will lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for Staffing customers and prospects, with specific focus on LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. LinkedIn's agentic hiring product, and Recruiter Professional Services Plus (RPS+), our premium purpose-built tool for Staffing audiences. You will co-own the global integrated marketing strategy and plan, partnering with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, Social & Creators, Global Channels, Acquisition, Field, and Regional Marketing to drive differentiation of Hiring Assistant and RPS+ in a crowded market. This role is built for a marketer who is audience and outcome-driven, skilled at storytelling, and motivated by turning product capability and customer evidence into campaigns that move perceptions and shift outcomes at each stage of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities- Co-own the Recruiter Professional Services Plus (RPS+) and Hiring Assistant integrated marketing strategy for the staffing audience and lead a cross-functional team to deliver full funnel campaigns across web, scaled channels (email, LinkedIn ads, paid media), lifecycle marketing, organic social, comms, events, creators, regional and acquisition marketing
- Own creation and promotion of staffing industry thought leadership reports, in collaboration with market insights and thought leadership teams
- Identify gaps in existing Hiring Assistant and RPS+ claims and proof points and partner with the content marketing lead to capture 3rd party Hiring Assistant and RPS+ success stories across key industries and company sizes with a focus on the business impact of AI
- Work with Product Marketing and GTM Enablement to drive field awareness of the campaign, content, customer proof, and updated product claims for use with customers and prospects
- Define campaign success metrics and the measurement plan before launch, then monitor performance against targets and recommend optimizations mid-cycle
QualificationsBasic Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in agency, marketing or communications experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications- Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders while consistently delivering results
- Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
- Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives
- Ability to develop unique and differentiated messaging in a clear and compelling way that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web, paid media and email or by our Sales and Customer Success teams to use in their conversations
- Strong analytical skills and track record of measuring and optimizing marketing programs
- Agile and willing to flex focus areas and projects as business needs shift in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $203,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
